The American Zen-Do Kai has been training martial artists for over 32 years.  Our Black Belt Staff of quality instructors would like to welcome you to begin your training or continue your martial arts training with us.

We understand how daunting it can be coming into a martial arts studio for the first time.  Nothing else is quite like it.  We offer an Introductory program which includes two lessons with a qualified Instructor to give you one-on-one attention and to answer any questions you may have regarding our various programs.

We offer separate training programs for Adults and Children and accept students four years old and above.  Beginners are always welcome into our studio!
