The American Zen-Do Kai has been training martial artists for over 34 years.  Our Black Belt Staff of quality instructors would like to welcome you to begin or continue your martial arts training with us.

We understand how daunting it can be coming into a martial arts studio for the first time.  Nothing else is quite like it.  We offer an Introductory program which includes lessons with our Black Belt Instructor to give you one-on-one attention and answer any questions you may have.

We offer excellent martial arts programs for Children on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Adults on Monday and Wednesday evenings.  We also offer  "Open Training" three times each week.  Beginners are always welcome to come in and watch any of our classes. 

The Little Dragon Program runs on Monday and Tuesday evenings.  This is specially geared towards our youngest martial artists, ages 4-6. 

Iaido (Japanese Sword) is offered on Tuesday evenings, no experience necessary.  Come on in and watch a class(no obligation!) and we think you will agree that we are the best in the area!  Welcome to our Studio, from the AZDK Black Belt Staff

We offer separate training programs for Adults and Children and accept students four years old and above.  Please see our Class Schedule for our various programs now being offered.  Beginners are always welcome into our studio!
