Welcome to the American Zen-Do Kai. We are professionally run organization, associated with Zen-Do Kai International.  All students will be encouraged to excel at their martial arts training through goal setting and milestones.  Students will be rewarded for academic achievements, community service and good citizenship.  We set standards and goals and work with each student on self-discipline, respect, control and leadership skills.  

We have been training martial artists in the Johnstown/Gloversville area for over 34 year.   Our studio provides the perfect backdrop for developing the skill and determination needed to succeed in martial arts. The AZDK is staffed by professional, experienced instructors, who have dedicated their lives to sharing  martial arts with the community. All of our instructors are certified black belts, with many years of training experience. We offer various classes to accommodate your busy schedule. Regardless of your age or level of experience, we have a program that is tailored just for you
